Location and access
Park at the Sanatorium and follow the track towards Dalevatnet cross the field to the trees and follow the path to the base of Dale Hammeren. See Diagram
Crag Notes
Hammeren has short bolted routes with lower offs at the top.
Dale has longer (2 pitch routes) some bolted, some natural protection all tend to be on good rock and decent quality.
Word of warning
Norway has one of the most law abiding populations in the world so theft is not normally an issue. However we got the car window smashed and kit thieved from here, so be cautious about what you leave sitting in your back seat.
Never the less this is a popular venue for Stavanger climbers in the long summer evenings.
